Here comes Peter Cottontail, hoppin' down the bunny trail...

Today, I took three Oak Ridge bunnies to visit a group of Youth at our church. All the kids really loved playing with the bunnies and the bunnies just LOVED the attention!

Taffy just couldn't get enough of these girls!

She ran right up and jumped in one girl's lap, waited for pets and cuddling, and then jumped up on the next girls lap. She went back and forth for a good 10 minutes soaking in all the attention!

Then, the kids left to go hunt Easter eggs. Taffy didn't know what to do with herself!

"Where did my friends go? Guysssss? Guys? Helloooo? Anybody?" *poutpoutpout*

Walnut, on the other hand, was happy to get a break from poking, prodding, and cuddling.

The older boys were a little hesitant to get involved with fuzzy bunnies at first...

Soon they got over it! After all, who can resist a Holland Lop?

And all the girls, of course, loved the bunnies and dove in right away!

This little girl absolutely loved holding the leashes. We had a hard time convincing her that the bunnies would still be here when she got back from hunting eggs!

Then the Easter Bunny came (with Donovan)!

Yay! Easter Bunny!

The whole youth group together. Notice Donovan and Taffy back in there somewhere!

So that was our trip. The rabbits loved it but were exhausted and totally flopped in their cages for a good nap when we got home! We already got asked back for next year and I am really looking forward to it. If anyone else is interested in using our rabbits for an event, please feel free to talk to me! We'd love to come by!
